The end of the buissnus card
Well this might be a useless blog but i thought id get this theroy of my mind, well probarly not mine but i thought id write a blog on it. I deal with a lot of people in the music industry from managers, Producers, A&R. I meet new people all the time and something ive descoverd not only from myself but from others, people dont give buissnus cards out anymore , they just put a number on there phone or, in there way of making a postive contact, which takes a bit more time than just giving a card out. But i think its easier to do that than just giving a card out that someone might just lose, but there is a 80 percent chance they wont lose it on there phone. I must admit i have started doing that myself than giving a card out. Its now the era of the Digital buissnus card of just simply sending it through your bluetooth device.

Forever alive
Well its been an intresting few weeks. Well one thing is sure i need to drive, im learning but i keep making mistakes and its really getting to me and it shouldnt, because mistakes happen but
its happening all the time, im studying the theory for a target of the end of May to be completed.
Ive started Managing Glasgow band "Suspire" and still doing a bit of scouting for Emi Records up here in scotland.
I had a cracking day on the hills on Thursday with a few mates up in the Bridge
of Orchy which is not far from Glen Coe. It was probarly the best day ive had on the lovely hills
of Scotland. I even got sunburnt even with the use of sun cream it still didn't make a diffrence. We climbed Beinn Achaladair and Beinn a' Chreachain. The best bit of the hill is coming off
Beinn a' Chreachain and there is a lovely lochan with the snow at the col of the mountain shining over it and with the sun, it was just a great sight to see.
I went away with the 30th Scout troop to "Glen Kin" a place which im sorry to say is being sold. Its a converted barn and house restorted into a great bunkhouse. its just on the outskirts of Dunoon in the forest. It was a cracking weekend of drinking, walking, playing football with the kids, Virtuoso gutiar playing. There was one funny moment when Chris,Paul, Big Jim, burnt Ross's new Ordance survey map driectly on the 6 figure of Milport, so we asked him to find it and you should've have seen the look and laughter.
"A Classic"
The making of the Ep is taken a break so i can do some more writing and working with the band. The Glasgow composer Fraser Purdie and myself are going to work on some orchestrations for the peices later on in the year.
Here is a track list at the moment ( not in order of track list)
"Forever alive"
"travellin man"
"The Place i Belong" (Still being finished)
"Walking in London"
