Ive noticed something in the last few weeks that songs that I'm very much into are being answered for me. There is a lot of songs which talk about exactly what I've doing in Australia and my time spent with Claire who I'm crazy about and the rest of the "World Youth Day Pilgrims". The song "Caladonia by Dougie Mc Lean i know exactly what that song is talking about and it means so much to me, I've been singing it so many times in the last few weeks in Australia and il play the night before i go home this Monday. Ive got a whole soundtrack to this trip

2 Better be home soon - Crowded House
3 Friend's will be Friends - Queen
4 Travelling Man - David Mathers
5 Caladonia - Dougie Mc Lean
6 these are the days of our lives - Queen

Good man. I certainly remember shedding a tear or two to Better Be Home Soon. And aye Caledonia says it all. I got into a lot of local music when I was away too and some of that I've been listening too since I got back (bloody 4 years ago now).
Bad news is that it doesn't get much better than where you are now and there's no point in denying that fact. It really is all downhill from here mate. So enjoy it, I'm sure you'll make plans to go back and then never do. Just like me....
